Monrad Band - Silent Echo

Fantastic!  That's the only word t describe the Monrad Band Silent Echo.  We were lucky enough to have perform for the school yesterday.  

Three members of the and are ex-Riverdale School students which was extra special.

The Riverdale Band and The Old Town Road Boys performed on our behalf.

The Old Town Road Boys were invited to perform at the Monrad Intermediate Assembly.  

Kind Hearts Baking with Pounamu Atawhai

Pounamu Atawhai had a large group of children baking for Kind Hearts this week.  

Thanks girls and guys.  They made yummy cupcakes and biscuits and a delicious tasting brownie. 

 

 

Kind Heart Baking

Baking for Kind Hearts kept Piako Rua busy all term.  

A big thank you to the children and teachers.  Today's last lot of baking were Hokey Pokey Biscuits.  Yummy!
