Jessica from Peggy Pearl was very busy over the holidays sewing our knitted squares together. She has finished 3 blankets BUT still has 3 to go. Don't they look amazing.
Riverdale School students are involved in a number of events in their local community. Take a look at some of the things they are currently involved in.

Kind Hearts Knitting
Lots of people were extremely busy during lock down knitting for Kind Hearts. Today I have 179 squares to drop off! That is a huge amount.
A particular mention to Connor and Erica Aberdeen's Grandma Dorothy who has worked so hard to create these pieces.
The squares are made into blankets for children in the PN Hospital. Each blanket is made up of 35 squares and takes 4 - 5 hours to sew together by an organisation called Peggy Purl.
